There is an amazing memorial in Israel dedicated to all the children who died in the holocaust. It is a single candle always burning, that is reflected a million times over in mirrors all over the place. It is dark inside, so all you see is the candle lights.
It represents their bright little souls never being able to be extinquished.
It is amazing. That memorial touched my heart in a way that most memorials don’t.
It was very solemn.
It is wise to fight against evil tyrants anywhere. It is our resposibility to create as safe a world as is in our power by doing so (while remembering to secure freedom as well).
